YES. We offer free artwork and design for your customized silicone wristbands and other silicone products. Just email us with your logo, text and the PMS color number (Pantone Colors), then we will send you the artwork for approval! ​If you have your own artwork, please send us the file in CorelDRAW​ (version 15) or Illustrator (version AI CS6).

​You can choose ANY Pantone color. Just tell us the PMS color number and we will manufacture your products accordingly. 

​YES. We specialize in creating new silicone products for you! Just share your ideas with us and we will manufacture ANY silicone product for you.

​If the silicone kitchenware & homeware are properly stored and used, the expected shelf life should last a lifetime. Silicone products should be stored in dry environments and avoid sun exposure, scratches, physical damages, and any heat sources.

​If the odors build on the containers or utensils, we suggest that you can use about 1/2 cup of baking soda and hot water to eliminate it.

​Our silicone wristbands/ bracelets are available in adult, teenager and child sizes.
Adult – 202 mm x 12 mm x 2 mm (8″)
Teenager – 190 mm x 12mm x 2mm (7.5″)
Kids – 160mm / 180 mm x 12 mm x 2 mm (7″)

Within 5 days of receiving your payment, we start the manufacturing process and will submit a draft for your approval. It takes about 7-10 days for mass production after the design is confirmed, and another 5 days for courier delivery. We will provide you the tracking number upon shipment so you can track online. We also provide prime delivery for urgent needs if necessary.

YES. We deliver our products worldwide via FedEx/ DHL/ UPS express. For larger orders, air or sea freight is available upon request. 

​Bank Transfer (T/T ) OR PayPal. We accept credit card payment (under USD1,000) via Paypal yet there will be an additional PayPal service fee. For total amounts over USD1,000 we prefer payment via bank transfer.

​Usually we pack each silicone wristband in one opp bag. Or 100pcs silicone wristbands in one big bag (bulk packing) is also ok.  Custom bag headers like “LIVESTRONG” require the MOQ above 2,000pcs/ per design.
